There is no way to order on that site accept phone orders. They are working on a full site that will be capable of orders being placed with payments etc. They plan on having it done and up by the end of the month......

I don't believe you are going to see a promotional campaign until they have a fully operational site open, up and ready for public sales.

They certainly don't want to direct the public to a site for phone orders or a site that says "Under Construction."
