So Amarin or buyer could double or even triple the price and it should still be covered by insurance if they simply followed ICER’s guideline. All these are using 18k/QALY. The numbers are much better using 16k/QALY which includes revascularizations. Which is the more realistic number on cost effectiveness with Vascepa.
