I would think it's some sort of screw up and maybe by a new penny player...if it was someone who knew what they were doing why would there be trades of 1 share and a few shares at a time and as well most brokers will not take trades as low as what was going on...it looks like what ever they were doing has stopped and not sure if someone is now up the creek or there has been a serious flaw with the trades being allowed...I would think the regulator would be looking on what took place.
