BFOST, Yes, I agree. It's not just my doctor but appears to be the current company line from Cardiology at Kaiser California. I can't say that there aren't doctors at Kaiser willing to write a script for Vascepa or that Kaiser won't cover this med. I qualify for the ReduceIt indication but not the current indication and I haven't been able to get a script from Kaiser. Sometimes you get what you pay for so I will be switching insurance at the next opportunity. I think Kaiser and their formulary are just taking a wait and see approach like many other formularies and doctors and they will add Vascepa after the label gets approved. IMO
