Yes, I'd probably be largely discounting this all if it weren't for that...though I still need to get a better feel for the implications of those markers. Obviously, it's not an automatic to say..."Glu is elevated in Rett, our drug is associated with reduced Glu, THEREFORE our drug treats Rett".

...nor is it fair to say that is all they are claiming. Just making the point I need to catch up on the implications.
