Ahhhh.... it's LQMT that fired a bunch of folks, is selling the building, and said "manufacturing didn't work out so well for us so we are going to change our business model to just selling the licensing. Ya' know, we'll tell people where to by BMG machines and how to make BMG products at their very own facilities, meanwhile they will be so grateful for this knowledge that will write us check after check. Or, we can hook up smaller firms with our new best friends in Asia, they too will be grateful and write us checks."


You can't harm a company that has nothing. You can't harm a company that does not care about itself.
