ADHC indicated that they will be filing soon a mini Super 8-K to show the closing of three possible mergers into one entity... ADHC. This can be seen from their website below:

The company indicated that they will not be doing a reverse split as I understand why with Outstanding Shares (OS) in the amount of 604,493,171 shares:
