Why is Dr.M talking about Rett so much now?

This is the sequence I expected from the start (and said so) when he first announced plans. RSD first to get attention on smaller scale as he lays the case for CNS Cellular Homeostasis. (all that follows is related-not toxic 1x1 CNS disease treatments). Next PDD w/larger CNS implications WW. The case for SNS cellular Homeostasis gets much stronger. Finally, the big indication, AD. Collectively the case for CNS -human body cures itself-gets made. IMO, that is what is going on, as planned. The really curious thing for me is why this case is not no clear following today's results. yes, it is just a few patients but this has NEVER BEEN DONE. This is a breakthrough...even though we are not saying that YET. Eventually, some one will point this fact out.

This is all about proof of the CNS Homeostasis thesis, one step at a time. Considering nothing like this has ever been done, it is impressive, even if WS does not see it that way, yet. I will admit that I expected some kind of RSD RWE-RWD reaction but maybe that is not going to happen as expected.
