A buyout based on parameters would be years down the road

A license agreement I can see that occur at any time
Upfront money xx, and a tiered royalty % based on sales

Given most here are long term sufferers I suspect most would take a buyout today at X vs a potential buyout 2-5 years from for 2-5X
