I must admit

When I first looked at the share offering I was frustrated to say the least. As I perused the whole thing I saw that Michele had taken shares in lieu of pay and that improved my outlook. There WILL be a R/S but we all give our pound of flesh so se la vie.


Common sense dictates that there will be a PR announcing further changes otherwise this makes no sense. 100000 shares @ .50 is worth no more than 1000 shares @ $5.00. I know there are many that will not buy .50 stocks but the underlying value is paramount.
