Just something used by SHMP traders to artificially/temporarily shove its price to a target of opportunity.
As SHMP traders hit the price, they shift to raiders, pulling out the rug under those who believe in SHMP.

Kind of sad as SHMP and long SHs desire to the share price built on harvest(s) and revenue from sales.
But, hey, OTC is the wild west of stocks. In many ways a game, and that game is a crap shoot. Roll, roll.
