Great, so we agree that another company other than Apple is marketing BMG as "Liquid metal" which has shown in the past to be close enough to "Liquidmetal" here in the US that infringement lawsuits have been won by LQMT. But at this point (to the best of our knowledge), neither Apple nor LQMT is doing anything about this. So to this point, we have BMG being used in CE here in the US.

This is quite an enormous event, no? There is no way to downplay or trivialize this fact.
