No the final statement is indeed a FACT supported by the lack of a letter of effectiveness, they stopped filing because they cannot get SEC approval.

THAT IS IT, there is no MORE to the story. They stopped filing, there is no more they can do.

They cannot get past STEP 1 in the process to get to quotation, there are many more steps along the way and yet they were stopped right at STEP 1!

The SEC has denied them a letter of effectiveness for their registration. That is a FACT.
