after sleeping on it this almost looked like a pump and dump. have a convention to get the price rising combined with a 14.00 price target then premeditate a PR after hours on a FRIDAY night about diluting the share structure. Management knew what they were doing before friday came. Almost looks to me like management might be just enriching their own pockets. And as a shareholder that is here with my buy price over 7.00 I am a bit pissed.
