Interesting...But I believe what they have done is corrected previous documents.
The main difference between a 15 and 12 filer:
Companies with total assets greater than $10 million and a class of equity securities held by 2,000 or more persons, or 500 or more persons who are not accredited investors, must register those securities with the SEC under Section 12(g) of the Exchange Act.

Public offering and no securities exchange listing. Companies that have issued to the public equity or debt securities not listed on any US exchange become subject to Section 15(d) of the Exchange Act.


Years ago they traded on the AMEX and had assets over $10 million. So they used to be a 12 filer and it looks like now they need to be a 15 filer.

David Volpe was the ASNB CFO 2012-2014. He resigned for personal reasons but they have kept him on as a consultant

So Volpe being listed on the OTCQB certification is not new; he should have been on past certifications

It's nice to have a lot of horsepower in the engine room but you need some in the wheelhouse too.
