JACO Huge Update.... Float is 5.6M with $62M revs. They are going full reporting again. Unsure if they will or are going to uplist to Nasdaq again, that is to be determined. They fell below $1 for the requirement of Nasdaq listing and it was costly to maintain, according to the company they 'voluntarily' delisted and wished to be traded on OTC instead. Their forward split of 3:2 and 2 acquisitions were their 2 last big reporting deals.
“The decision by Jaco’s Board of Directors to deregister and leave the Nasdaq Global Market was made after careful consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of being a SEC reporting company including the high costs and demands on management’s time arising from compliance with the many SEC requirements. The current economic climate has not only impacted the capital markets, but the global display industry as well. As such, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce costs and increase shareholder value as we continue to focus our efforts on growing the core business"
