What do you mean "ICER response to MRC"? None of the stuff you posted is in the ICER doc - where did you see these responses, and secondly, why would ICER even respond to a CP that was filed with the FDA? For instance, the term "Bhatt" can only be found in the reference list at the end of the report, plus under two tables related to efficacy that refer to the two papers he's published on R-IT results.

Nevermind - I was jumping around posts instead of reading linearly like I usually do, when I got back to reading in order the next post (#213904) gave a link to the ICER MCR responses - ICER wasn't responding to the CPs, appears MCR took parts of the CPs and submitted them as public comments to the draft ICER report - boy, someone is trying really damn hard to undermine R-IT and V, taking every avenue available to attack AMRN - somebody besides the tile layer is definitely behind this, way, way to much work for one person who claims to not be making any money for his efforts - nobody works this hard for free.
