I do not think they are significantly short. They are blocking to clean shares from those that flip. Then making it harder to reenter with the same size position. They are still accumulating. I also doubt they have not achieved their % of shares needed. They should be well above that. Now it is for control of this stock to run up for Nasdac. They will shrink the float a bunch with this plan.
This has been repeated for last couple months here.
