It takes 2 to tango, just because someone makes an offer to partner/buy LWLG doesn't mean they have to accept. I'm sure more data, assuming it's good, should up their asking price. Say Lebby and Advisory Board won't accept buyout/partnership offer under $1BB valuation, Tier 1's think it should be $250MM. How do you bridge that gap??? More data, assuming it's good, should help bridge that divide. I think the partnership angle, which would get us financing to get rid of LPC, may look similar to outright buyout negotiations in that both sides still need to agree on valuation. Lebby told us to expect data at ECOC, only 1 1/2 weeks away. Hurry up and wait!!!!!
