The share increase is already baked into VAPE’s depressed share price. And giving VAPE access to more is like giving $10,000 to a homeless drug addict. Sure the homeless person may actually turn their life around but it’s much more likely they will blow the money on a fix and die as a result. VAPE is gonna die

The ability to reverse split is a whole other deal. If that happens, VAPE is toast
