Saean Group Inc is created to restructure Saean Inc by moving all subsidiaries from Saean Inc to Saean Group Inc. The company Saean Group Inc will consist of Saean Inc as well as other Saean businesses. Saean Group Inc will be the global entity.
All the followings will become the subsidiaries of Saean Group Inc:
Saean Motors EV (Saean Inc merged into the shell)
Saean Energy
Saean EV-Zone
Saean Newtech
Saean Tech
Saean VR
Saean Japan
.....
Saean (countries: Hong Kong, Vietnam, etc).....
Saean Motors EV stock will then be converted to Saean Group Inc's stock. Under Delaware law, a holding company reorganization such as this can be done without a vote of shareholders, as this reorganization was.
Saean Group Inc will retain Saean Motors EV's stock price history and continues to trade under the same symbol.
