When I look at the current share price which can barely hold this TURD above 1 penny it does not matter to me if someone was foolish enough to make an offer or not. If he did make the offer I bet he is delighted that it supposedly got rejected , unless he figured he would be able to recover all of his money through VPLM'S only revenue source which is the sale of stock.

My opinion is just my opinion and not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
