I think they only need to buy back 23,268,668 shares and retire them + all but 74,650,000 of the restricted shares. It would swap all shares, keep 30% float liquid, give them all the shares they need for $50 mil at $5 per share they already have the shares. And price is set for NASDAQ. A few press releases they shoot to $5 on low volume and start to back fill the pipe. We have seen some MMs put up walls, and slow this down. If SAEAN was going to RS this to hit the number why slow it down. If buying back shares to retire keep it down. Would sit better with potential investors to not see a RS to set price for nasdaq.
