Correct. For the PIPE to be successful they need to drop the price

I was in another ticker years ago where PIPE financing was used and the bad actors shorted the stock into a death spiral so they could get as much stock as possible. Company is still alive but had to delist. I’m assuming this won’t be our outcome....
