I will tell you who is selling. Back when Next Green Wave was founded there were millions of shares granted and sold to various people associated with Crossgate Capital. Crossgate was at that time considered a 'shell' company as it had no business operations at all except to find a business to be in. I don't care to go through the effort again to get all the details but basically shares were granted virtually "free" to Crossgate insiders from what i remember and many millions were sold for no more than $.10 cents. Think about it; how do you think we got to having 200+ million shares outstanding? In the entire existence of NGW there have not been that many shares doled out for any reason. Most of those outstanding shares were doled out before NGW even became a formal entity. NGW inherited those outstanding shares and the people that have them have been waiting for years to sell them. A lot of those people have regular stock sales to produce recurring income for themselves regardless of the price and some of those people sell whatever amount of shares it takes for them to maintain a certain income. That's why the selling has been consistent and often times mirrors the current buys. For them, it's an easy double to sell at $.20 cents and you can certainly understand the temptation to do that if you have been waiting a long time. For the future, when significant revenues start getting reported the hurdle of overcoming those earliest of investors that still want to sell should not be an insurmountable problem to overcome and we will certainly go higher, possibly much higher. But until that time for nearly every buy there is a sell already in the queue waiting to happen. On the surface, it may sound like Leigh was incorrect regarding his statements about reliable long term shareholders, including himself, not selling. But he could be entirely correct in that he is referring to the shares issued often at much higher prices since NGW was formed. However, they have no control over shares that were issued via the formation of the company through Crossgate which was happening much earlier
