Look at this stock for example this is an SEC filer and yet the stop sign has been there for over 1 year now, why is it still trading, it got delisted from Nasdaq a little over 1 year ago. This thing use to trade 3-5 million dollars a day up to 3 months ago. This one will more likely get the delisted by SEC and cease trading if they don't file their paperwork in due time or file to deregister their shares and become an alternative reporting. . They probably got an extension or something.
