There is a lot of assuming SOLI has acquired this CareClix, however, no pro forma financials were ever filed and now the quarterly report covering this time period is AWOL.

This is a grey sheet stock. That didn't need the grey sheet shell in the first place to trade, they filed a Form 10. None of that makes any sense at all.

The reality here is likely to be drastically different than the perceived and presented story.
