Maybe not. After all, we're now at the midpoint of the distribution cycle. Drop about 20¢ from Hank's buy price for a clearer understanding. Also, he's not indicated the degree of his investing success with regard to NGL.

He's knowledgeable, having been an investor for a long time. I think he'll come out of today's purchase smelling like a rose. I hope so!
