If it is a motion or ruling for the Judge to sign there needs to be 2 weeks to give time for any Objectors. It would take a motion and ruling for the UW getting moved to class 22 and I'm not sure we need judge ruling for S4V as it would come from assets that where outside of her jurisdiction or in safe harbor.

IMO, they will need to post an agenda to that hearing soon.
