This TALL TALE has a 1000 holes in it: If Karl and the team were the ones who raised the alarm about the fake merger then why did Diprima the CFO file the the Supplemental Information on September 9th stating that the merger filing was illegitimate? Why didn't Karl file it? Why does the supplemental state that the Nevada Sec of State would be conducting an investigation at the the request of Di Prima CFO? In other words if Karl had nothing to do with the false merger, then why did he not initiate this action himself? Instead he is now finger pointing at DiPrima, but DiPrima is the one who took legal action to stop the merger and bring in the authorities to investigate? Notice it is the day after the supplemental was filed that Karl and his crew quit. Notice that DiPrima has not quit. Karl is saying that DiPrima is behind this, if so then why did DiPrima blow the whistle ON HIMSELF and then stay on, while Karl Reidel and cronies QUIT and SKEDADDLED when the jig was up on the spurious merger and they were facing an investigation? When a crime happens, its the criminals who flee when the police are called. Its the victims who call the police and wait at the scene for the Police to show up.

This sounds like a power grab by Karl that blew up in his face. Which is why he has fled the scene before the cops get there.

Time for a new CEO. Time to get back to capitalizing on Cannophen.
