I’m making this post to address the following issues. High End Products was created by request of Art Hall to manufacture and distribute Cannophen products. Karl believed in it so much so he funded the company’s launch from his personal savings. I grind my teeth every time I see a comment about being at a Cannabis convention on the investors dime. WRONG! Which leads me to the total meltdown that recently occurred with the news of the fake merger. As soon as we found out about the false merger news we contacted Art and DiPrima who denied it. Karl then discovered we were never even on the BOD and the decision to dilute the stock by a 56% vote was made by ART, DIPRIMA AND GANG!
They converted the stock making more shares available to themselves and then just by chance “someone” payed $175 to file a fake merger to generate a buzz and sell sell sell! We all resigned when we came to the conclusion we were never really in control to begin with! Now angry investors are posting comments that insinuate violence against the wrong people while con ART-ist and DiPrima & gang are laughing all the way to the bank with your shares while we take the heat! I totally agree with every single investor on this board that legal action needs to be taken! I’m extremely sorry for all who are now caught up in this mess.
