So, it is not that they received what must have been 100% of the “preferred shares” legally in the GSA and investors received WMI preferred in exchange.
Did this happen while WMI was in Bankruptcy?
When was the GSA?
When was the event that triggered the “exchange event”?
Where are my preferred shares?
