I think many wonder about why what was a priority review changed to include an ADCOM which many thought wouldn't be needed. And the consequential delays.

Delays in and of themselves aren't really the issue. The issue is that approval itself is in question. At least in my mind.

These things seemed to have been introduced by various entities and those entities may have or are using their influences to derail V.
