Well that may be true but historically they dont go much lower than 30RSI without bouncing. Lowest I have seen here is a 27 before bouncing. 30ish is safe and lowest risk IMO is all I am proposing. Double and out last week and now its headed back toward 30 again. Today at 37. Just trying to stick to a new plan of attack. I have aborted the sell at 70 RSI as at these prices one can accumulate at or neat .01 and flip at or near .02. JMHO.
