A few years back I went to Gettysburg and was checking out Pickett's charge, I said to the guide "I have a stupid question", he said son there are no stupid questions to which I replied "Why did they fight all the civil war battles in national Parks?"

Your question is somewhat along that line.

I'm simply looking for them to straighten out this financing fiasco that they're running and bring a partner in. ( if polymers in fact perform like they say) I don't know if they have the talent to move to the next step?

It seems like a no-brainer to me.
