Technically, there are no resale options for non registered shell companies pursuant to the Evergreen Rule. But that has not stopped unscrupulous attorneys and shareholders in the past from duping the T/A. The T/A should catch this as a last gate keeper to refuse removing the legend, and if question, the T/A should contact his/her own counsel to verify.
