Nobuddy claimed it isn't a shell company. My point is that I've seen several shell ocmpanies with toxic CONvertible financing that CONvert the aged debt into issued shares which are then immediately delegended and DUMPED into the market.

Legal or nott, this seems to happen a lott in the pennyscams. TAs are nott perfect.
