I listened to MIssling speak today and it sounded different. It had a different angle/tone. It had a vibe of MIssling explaining WHY our approach works, and WHY it is leading to desired outcomes and new learning.

Janney gave him 45 minutes at 9:55am and I think MIssling hit a solid triple.

He is proud of precision medicine, proud of Walter Kaufman, the Michael J Fox foundation, Rett Syndrome.Org.

He went into WHY we are succeeding in certain outcome measures without blowing the lid off the house.

I heard the word licensing a few times, and he kept talking about the numbers (target patient population) he felt Anavex could get with 273. He even had the specific Japanese number(s). Didn’t say “Asia” but specifically mentioned Japan.

He was very confident.

PS I believed there was someone that mentioned yesterday how valuable such a time slot was for Anavex, and how they blew it. We were there, confident in a world of failures.
