The type of customers Cool Technologies is going to have make purchases at the beginning of every year after years of thought and consideration. Anyone that has sold expensive items to corporations or worked with the government or GSA Knows- there is a lot of speculation, false hope and time involved in these transactions due to the resources it takes and the risk that equates to for the entity making the purchase. This is a LONG high risk trade with a LONG sell cycle and for Cool Tech - deals will fall through due the nature of this product. Ive seen sales of $3,000,000.00 takes 4 years to complete. Its a numbers game and IMO - unless there is an emergency budget we can tap into- 2020 will be our year. Let the explicit support from a Mexican "senador" regarding a 2020 budget and the duration of time weve spent with these politicians be an example of how long these deals take. Not every prospective customer is going to make decisions quickly or at all- and all of them will absolutely instill hope in our sales team as a matter of respect for their time and effort. Ironically all corporate and government budgets usually revolve around tax season (jan - april). Sorry for everyone that doesn't have the time to wait and feels the need to sell at a loss due to the FUD. Props for the ones with balls looking to buy back at a lower price. Dilution sucks but its better than going out of business or not affording to get in front of prospective customers before 2020 comes.
