The 10Q is late because of the SEC/FINRA imo. They wan't something changed. More than likely it is the classification of the acquisition.

Selling here is a mistake Plain and Simple...

Longs I would strongly suggest reaching deep and clearing everything out under .20!

I through another $3500 into my account and grabbed 25K shares yesterday at .14 and .15!
