Soli is not a scam. It is most likely that they encountered substantial accounting difficulty and have had to re examine things from an accounting point of view. Be logical. Look at how they have handled everything leading up to here.. there is no way they would have brought in the people they did, executed all the measures needed to get to this point... only to scam shareholders.. it just makes no sense at all.. they will fix the problem that was found and we will be back on our way.
Stay logical and pragmatic. I do wish they would communicate however.
