(OTCMKTS:HBRM), www.Herborium.com, a Botanical Therapeutics® Company and the provider of unique all botanical medicinal products (Botanical Therapeutics®) announced today that it has officially committed to expanding into the hemp based products market. This expansion is backed by a Reg A Offering that will fund the Company’s already established, as well as new projects monetization, with up to $700,000 for product development, marketing and distribution. The Reg A will be funded by institutional and accredited investors in an equity based, non-convertible debt offering.
