I guess Oct 4th isn’t the starting date as prospectus says Sep to begin. So I guess we start seeing dilution earlier. 12M shares coming into the OS and the float over the next 10 months.

The investors are protected with an anti-dilution clause on their warrants, which exchange at $.625/share unless PPS drops below that. They can always exchange at a 10% discount until PPS hits $.25. That’s the floor.

Can only say, I’m glad I’m not a long. The prediction of lows at $.25 is entirely possible. Trading it now is guessing where the low will be for any period of time.
