The fact is that our stock value will not increase with internal sales from Sri Lanka. CTXI receives no revenue from sales within
this country. Only new agreements with other countries. The most profitable is Eastern Europe and it seems Flannery is no currently looking in this direction.
I had been in contact before all this hype here got started with the Sri Lanka chamber of commerce, and Micro Cars Parent company.
The parent company will not even reply to my questions or advice! See below......

Reference to your mail if you need any more information I think its better you getting touch directly with Mr. Jeff Flannery, who handles all shareholders/ investors inquiries.

Warm regards,
Dr. Lawrence Perera

(1) Question? You will only gain sales and revenue from foreign new contracts?
Centrex will offer the MicroCars system on a license basis. MicroCars
will provide support in design and engineering of the physical plant, raining of workers, assistance in materials procurement and management, training in the use of special manufacturing, assembly and quality control technologies, as well as assistance in marketing
and government relations. Centrex will receive a percentage of the license agreements it is able to negotiate with parties in other countries, as well as a percentage of royalties or other fees that are associated with each new transaction for a term of three years.

(2) Question? If you own 51%, why will all the above have to be
negotiated on a indiviaial basis?

No, it is just that this is a new type of deal for many of these countries and we will have to look at each one separately for right now. But we will realize all revenues and share in the profits from each of these according to our percentage ownership. We will know a great deal more once we complete the first transaction.

(3) Question? You will get no assets from business sales directly from Sri Lanka?
No, just revenues from the new agreement.

(4) Micro Cars also will be using French and German technology and manufacturing complete trains for Sri Lanka. This sound very interesting? Will you get involved in this technology?
We just represent it.

(5) I have a few Russian friends living in the USA who may buy into your stock. They feel this could be a great fit for that part of the world! Just an FYI....
Do you plan to look at developing countries in Eastern Europe?

Would love to. (looks like not a current priority?)!!!
The avaerage small car price in Russia is $10,000+!!!
