You have a legitimate company in CareClix that makes money, is one of the best in its industry, has reputable names involved with it.
You have an insider that holds the majority of the outstanding shares.
Management has gone through a lot of trouble to get the illegal shares canceled.

This is just paranoia setting in and some manipulation.
