The article has a paywall. Taken at face value, that seems like a sensationalist title so I'm a little skeptical until I read the remainder of the article...

Edit: Nevermind, the article seems to be referencing her talk at the LA Time's Breakthroughs in Medicine conference. It looks like my assumption was correct and the endpts article was sensationalist. The complete comment the article was quoting was regarding how, "Without a wide-ranging overhaul, she said, their successes in the lab won’t make it to the patients who need them most."
