You are incorrect. Plastic bags are not banned. There is a 10 cent fee on plastic bags to discourage their use.

Vytex bags are not less expensive that mass producted plastic bags so there is no reason to substitute with Vytex. It just doesn't make sense. Also, there is no entity mass producing Vytex bags. Even if there were a company that would want to try it, there is an 18 month lag time (sales cycle) according to Vystar's filings. It could be as much as 36 months.

So, there will be no Vytex bags that are used in CT. It just is not happening.
