Hi rrao11! Facts: (1) LLBO owns 35 percent of CHI. (2) LLBO is the Inventor of the Hardware/Device/ System. And (3) I think, LLBO still owns the Patent. Assumptions: (1) CHI is a Private Company and currently valued at $1.00 per share. (2) CHI can go for IPO if they want to. And (3) In the negotiations both can disregard the O/S. In the negotiations, CHI has to buy or absorbed LLBO before CHI go public for an IPO. This will be the practical method! However, LLBO can file for annulment of their public company status and then later go for an IPO again. Levi Strauss did this before. With all these facts and assumptions, I therefore concluded; that if CHI go for an IPO of $10.00 per share, LLBO is worth $3.50 per share! I hope I explain it well. Thanks for your response on my previous write up. I am hoping this will happen so that we all become successful! For the meantime I remain to be Long and Strong!
