Hi Arnie. L&S with LLBO.

Unfortunately, it works a little differently that the way you explained. LLBO will be worth 35% of CHI and that 35% value will be converted to pps of LLBO. So, if CHI pps is $10, but has 10 times less OS compared to LLBO, then, LLBO pps will be $0.35. if CHI has 100 times less OS than LLBO, then the LLBO pps will be $0.035, etc.

SO, the bottom line is that we need to consider OS as part of the 35% valuation to derive the potential pps of future LLBO.
