They didn't "create" anything. They acquired Pixelmags and theoretically rolled it into this shell.

There's zero other information available. They never filed anything. And never will.

Again, Vert has zero interest in running legitimate businesses. They're only interested in a quick buck. Selling shares, foisting failed entities onto other OTC rubies, whatever it takes to flip some money into their pockets.
